I got 83 percentile in jee mains 2019 and my OBC rank is 62000 . Can I get any iiit's or any gfit's ?

Yes. You can get some new IIIT but except top one. But IIIT are also good and placement may be good as only CSE and ECE are included in their course. Since these institutes are new, so it will takesome time to grow.
