According to the precentile and category mentioned by you in the question you have good chances to get qualified for JEE-Advance2021 because 83 percentile is more than enough to qualify for JEE-Advance 2021, the reason being is, on the basis of previous year's analysis the qualifying cut-of for SC category is expected to be around 50-55 percentile.
