I got 83 percentile in jeemain session 1,can I get any seat in any of the NIT OR IIIT institution and I belong to BC -A category

The category that you have mentioned, gets reservation at state level but admission to NITs and IIITs are made on the basis of national reservation categories. So with such percentile you have almost no chances in any of the NITs or IIITs.

As per your percentile in JEE-Main 2022,
