i got 83.2 percentile in JEE mains and got a CBSE board percentage of 93.2%. can i get into NITs or equivalent institutes?

Your board percentage are only important for defining the eligibility criteria if jee mains and advance that is you're eligible if you have 75% else board percentage is of no use in JOSAA counseling. Sorry to disappoint you but if you belong to general or obc category then you can't get NIT or any other government college with this percentile as for that you need to have a percentile more than 97 %. Though you could get admission in private colleges of jee mains, you can predict those colleges with the help of jee main college predictor.
