I think counseling fee payment would be on 5th or 6th of August. Bcz till now no information about it so there wouldn't be any announcements on Sunday (tomorrow ). in what ever cases all this certificates verification,web options,seat allotment process has to end by 19th and classes will mostly commence from fourth week of this month. so check official website regularly.
