As you have secured 83 percentile in JEE mains and taking into consideration that you belong obc -ncl category but let me tell you that your predicted rank would be somewhat around 1.7L so in this rank it is very difficult to get good nits.
However the cut offs furthur depends on certain factors like number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in the college, previous years cut offs, difficulty level of the paper.
But you can hope for some lower nits like mizroram,Arunachal Pradesh, Meghalaya,Srinagar if your home state belongs to one of these.
