I got 83.56 percentile in cat 2020 under NC-OBC category Could i get any iim? I got a mail from iim rohtak that I'm eligible for its GD PI registration so should i register for it because i doubt of having a chance to qualify the PI. I got 95 % in 10th and 75.2% in 12th. Anyone please help!!!

As per your category and percentile in CAT and after considering your academic performance you have decent chances to get call from some of the IIMs which are enlisted below :-

Now as you have mentioned that you got a mail from IIM Rohtak regarding your eligibility for PI round so it is the good thing because IIM Rohtak is also in the list of top IIMs of India and don't worry about selection, if you are eligible for PI round then I would recommend you to register for it, at least you will gain some experience and what if you get selected as well. So don't predict anything just give your 100 percent efforts.
To make you more clear about IIM Rohtak let us understand the admission process of IIM Rohtak :-
IIM Rohtak consists of three stage admission process which includes the stage 1, stage 2 and stage 3.
Stage 1 :- in this stage the candidates get shortlisted for Stage 2 which is for PI (Personal Interview) round on the basis of their CAT cut-offs which are given below :-

Note that Registration for IIM Rohtak has been started on December 15th 2020 and will continues till January 21st 2021. While registering for IIM Rohtak 2021 admission, you have to create your login credentials (Username and Password). At the time of IIM Rohtak PGP registration, then you will have to pay application fee of Rs 2000/- (non-refundable).
Now the candidates shortlisted above for the PI on the basis of the cut-offs mentioned above will appear for Stage 2.
Stage 2 :- it is the the online PI round in which the candidate is judged on the basis of his/her personality. Pi round has 20% weightage in the preparation of final merit list. Now the candidates get shortlisted through this PI round will move to Stage 3.
Stage 3 :- It is the final stage in which the shortlisted on the basis of above stages will receive an offer letter for their seat and the candidate should accept that offer letter and proceed accordingly to confirm their seat.
There is a weightage scheme for final preparation of merit list according to which the weightage of 60% will be assigned to CAT total score (scaled to 100),a weight of 20% will be given to online Personal Interview (PI) score. Furthermore, the academic diversity and gender diversity, candidates will be given a weightage of 20%.
