There is fair chance that you can get into government agricultural college in second to third rounds.However chances are low for the 1st round .You can expect colleges (considering general) like :

• College of Agriculture,Pune.
• College Of Agriculture,Dhule
• College Of Agriculture,Sonapur
• College Of Agriculture,NAgpur.
• College Of Agriculture,Osmanabad.

However cutoff varies year to year and also on several factors.But generally according to last years statistics you can get good colleges with this  percentile.
