Your category rank is expected to be in between 20,000-30,000. You need to score minimum 94-96 percentile or above in JEE Main in order to get seat in an NIT. Considering the previous year cut off you do not have chances to get seat in NIT, Surathkal.

But you may qualify in JEE Main. Last year the qualifying cut off percentile was 50.1760245 for SC category. This year it is expected to be in between 50-55. SO you can appear for JEE Advanced.
