i got 84 percentile in jee mains and obc category rank 56007 can i get MIT PUNE or VIT PUNE???

Based on your category rank, under All India seat you might NOT be able to get into majority of NITs under Other State quota. However, you may have a good chance in Home State quota depending on the state. As per last years cutoff trends, you surely can get a seat in MIT Pune and VIT Pune. But you may or may not get into your top branches, depending upon the number of candidates in the counselling. But for your category, your percentile is decent to get a seat.
