I got 84 percentile in jeemain feb attempt and I belong to sc category and I am female is there any chances of getting into an nit

Now if we look at previous years trends and try to find your common rank on the percentile will be somewhere between 163680 - 184000 .

You should note that these ranks are calculated on the basis of past years Percentile vs Rank trends, so you should not be surprised by observing slight variation in the actual rank and the expected rank.
