I got 841 rank in ts icet, want to do MCA, will I get seat in osmania university

You didn't mention your category so I'm assuming that you are from open category. Since you had scored a three digit rank you can surely expect a mca seat in Osmania university as the previous year cutoff was observed at a rank 1036 for general category girls.
You can also get seat in the following colleges,
Jntu Hyderabad
Ou college for womens
Vasavi college of engineering
Telangana university, nizamabad etc
