Hello,
Being a private institution, Thapar doesn't have obc reservation it only has state reservation. For you they'll give you admission on the basis of your general rank of JE mains.
So its tough for you to get COE or ECE there but you can still wait till the final counseling or final spot round that will finalize your branch.
