I got 84.4% in 12th.i belongs to ap state.then how can i calculate my top 20 percentile and marks total out of 500 in csab special round?

Your question is incomplete as you have not mentioned some of the details so your question is a little ambiguous and I cannot seem to understand what information you are exactly trying to look for.
You have not mentioned the board in which you have obtained these marks. Without knowing the particular board answering this question is impossible.
Moreover most boards just consider class 12 marks.
