Hello since you did not mention your category so assuming you are a general category candidate your probable rank is 165,204 - 185,204. According to that and analysing previous years cutoff you might be eligible for Agricultural Engineering in Assam University.

Also note that your percentile and rank may change after the April session of jee mains because it depends on the total no. Of candidates appearing in the exam and also best of two attempts will be considered while making the overall merit list. So to know your  exact rank and percentile and whether you will get any GFTIs you will need to wait until April exam concludes.
