For Admission in UG, courses Candidate can apply to the college through theirNEET UGMedical Scorecard.
Admission Seekers must full fill all the required eligibility criteria made under the admission Guidelines.
Admission through the National level examNEET UGprogramme.
If your neet score fall under the cutoff list for neet 2019 then you would definitely get a seat in government medical college.

Based on your obc rank it is very less possible for you to get a nit with some good branch.You may get some of the cfit or iiits.You can also apply in some of the state colleges that have their own state counselling process and that have jee rank as their criteria like reap.Or else you can take a drop and try to get a good rank in the coming year.
