Hello Aspirant,
For admission to Delhi University your best four percentage will be taken into consideration if the course is accepting admission on the basis of merit in the qualifying examination i.e. 10+2. So if the percentage mentioned by you is the aggregate percentage of those four subjects in which you have scored maximum marks in comparison to other one or two subjects then on such percentage and if you belongs to General category then you have very less or almost no chances to get courses like B.Sc Hons. in either Mathematics or Computer Science for which most of the PCM candidates go but you can go for some other courses like BA Hons like UG courses if you are interested in it.
Along with above prediction kindly keep a note that above prediction is totally on the basis of previous year's cut-off and the cut-offs are bound to change depending upon various factors like :
==>> Number of registered candidates
==>> Candidates from each category
==>> Top score
==>> number of seats available in the particular college.
And some more.
So you should not treat the above prediction as confirmation of your admission and you can also use DU College predictor tool which will tell you what all colleges you can get based upon your best four percentage :-

I hope this information helps you.
Good Luck!!
