Go and apply for NEET UG and after clearing it go for NEET counselling. From there you will get admissions in your desired colleges.

after getting your results go to neet website there you will find a link written counselling click on it fill up the details pay free and then lock your desired colleges.ITs that simple but if you want to know more about counselling of neet then you may visit any of the mock counseling centers of neet.I will provide you the names of the centers later as neet has not published it now.
