Congratulations on your JEE PERCENTILE.According to previous year trends and cutoffs the closing rank of EWS category for any NIT is around 6500 - 7500 and with your 84.83 percentile your EWS rank would be around 14,000 -18,000 which is far from the range of prevous year cutoffs and trends.
Hence it would be impossible for your to get into any NIT.Rather you can try for any IIIT or GFTIs or try your luck in CSAB special counselling.
