I got 84pr in jee and 63.71 in gujcet...but in boards my PCM makes 48%...can i get college and if yes which r the best choices...

yes you can get colleges for sure. You can apply for government funded technial institutes (may you can get) or private colleges. as the government colleges have very low seat number and candidates are in huge number and more over your rank will be high to get an admission.
