I got 85% in class 12 ,in which du college I can get admission for eco Hons.

The cutoff for Economics usually goes very high in the top colleges as it is one of the very famous course among the students. The chances of getting a college are slim. Also, cutoffs change every year, so its very unpredictable. But there's nothing to be disheartened about. You can try in Ambedkar University, IP University.
Also, apply for BHU, where admissions are given on the basis of admission tests. If you really like the subject and want to pursue it please feel free to ask for alternatives because studying what you like is the important thing.
