i got 85 marks in cet ....79% in boards...will i able to get a gov college with CS or electronics engg....and i am of genral category.

Since you are of general category, and also your marks in CET are not very good, you may expect to get a govt. college with CSE or ECE but you will not get a good college considering your marks in 12th, entrance and your category. Since, ECE and CSE are top-notch branches of today, it is difficult to get hold of them, specially when it comes to govt. colleges.
