Dear Aspirant,
As you mentioned you have got about 1L rank and taking into consideration that you are from obc category, still itis difficult to get a good college because the cut off is way ahead from your rank. To get into nits (decent ones) you need atleast 94.5-95+ for obc category.
If you home state is one of these nits like Arunachal Pradesh,sringar,Mizoram, then you may have a chance. In gfti's you can go for ggu bilaspur, gurukul kongri Vishwavidyalaya and also Assam University.
