I got 85 percentile in jee mains rank 18744 is there any chance for nits or iiits college?

Hey there, You have scored 85 percentile and your rank is this much high. It is not possible to get such a high rank in this percentile. You will be belonging to any Reserved Category and that is your reserved category rank. With this rank in the reserved category, you might get admission in good colleges like Government Funding Technical Institute (GFTI) and you will be getting admission there as your rank is quite low for that. You can even take admission in good colleges like Islamia University in Delhi and it is best for you. With 86 percentile score it is not possible to secure 18744 rank ( check and specify the exact rank ) .
Assuming 187440 rank ; it is not possible to get a good rank nit or IIIT . There is chance that you will get low ranked colleges like ( nit Srinagar ; nit arunachal Pradesh ; nit Silchar etc. ) But not fruitfull as much .
Better to take admission in good private college or in state government colleges ( like dcrust ; Thapar ; cu etc.)
