You forgot to mention your sub-caste under OBC. Nevertheless, according to previous year closing ranks for CSE branch in various colleges, you can expect these colleges:-

Government Engineering College, Karwar (B.Tech CSE)- last year closing rank was 91082)
Government Engineering College, Hosahalli (BE CSE)- last year closing rank was 105568)
