I got 85.2 percentile in JEE mains with a rank of 168k and I belong to general category, can i apply for JoSAA?

As of my knowledge you cannot apply for Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JOSAA), because to be eligible for it you must have cleared the cutoff for appearing in JEE Advanced i.e minimum percentile you need in JEE Main to appear in JEE Advanced with more than equal to 75% in your boards exam or you should be in top 20 percentile of your respective board.
