I got 8520 rank in ts emcet agriculture 2020 , bc-b catogery, male, form ap (non locals) can i get agbsc free seet

As per previous year cutoff ranks below 10k will be a free seat for everyone but only if your annual income is below then it will be free seat but you are a non local candidate so AP government should give reimbursement. So please go through the rules of AP government and know that if get free or not.
