Taking into account your JEE Mains percentile and your board percentage along with considering the fact that you are an OBC candidate, it will be difficult for you to get any NIT unless you get one of the least preferred NITs like Sikkim, Meghalaya, Nagaland , etc under home state quota.

JEE Mains is an annual exam that is conducted by the National Testing Agency and the CBSE for admissions to undergraduate engineering courses in NITs, IIITs, GFTIs and other institutes. It also serves as the first stage for admission to IITs through JEE Advanced.
EWS is a new category that has been created by the MHRD for economically weaker sections. 10% seats will be reserved for those candidates whose annual family income is less than INR 8 lakh per annum.
As for your question, considering your peercentile, you won't be able to get CSE in SASTRA but should be able to get other less preferred branches.
