Hi Raghavendra,
EWS (Economically Weaker Section) are those general category candidates that have low family income so there is a reservation of 10% seats for them.
The cut off/qualifying marks are the same for the EWS category as the general category. There is no benefit when it comes to cut off.
According to your percentile, your rank would be around 1 lakh 25 thousand to 1 lakh 50 thousand.
You can correct me if I am wrong.
Last year, the cutoff for CSE branch in IIIT Hyderabad was 256 marks and for ECE it was 210 marks.
In 2017, closing marks for CSE was 268 marks and for ECE it was 224 marks.
B.Tech/B.Arch Admissions OPEN
In 2016, for CSE, it was 256 marks and for ECE it was 231 marks.
In 2015, for CSE, it was 257 marks and for ECE it was 238 marks.
Hope this helps you.
All the best!!!
Hi Raghvendra paturi!
For iiit hyderabad there will be high cutoff i Think for you seat Getting is very difficult In iiit so, it is best if youtry in Nit colleges at least in nit colleges you will get seat . But it is difficult to get seat in IIIT hyderabad.
Try for nit colleges you will get seat in that
Best of luck
