I got 85.96 percentile in JEE mains belonging to OBC NCL from Andhra Pradesh.Can I get seat in IIITs for computer science engineering?

As you mentioned your percentile that is 85.96 and even if i consider the fact that you are from obc Category still it is not possible for you to get computer science in any of iiits. Your rank would be somewhat close to 1.45L.

No, with 85.96 Percentile in JEE Main in spite of being from OBC NCL, you probably wont secure a seat at some of the IIITs, NITs or GFTIs. You must work hard over next attempts and target securing anywhere above 93 Percentile for better chances during counselling.
