I got 86% in 10th ,76 % in 12th and 7.5 cgpa in UG(BE).If I scored 99 percentile in CAT which college may I should Target for MBA admission?

You have a decent profile to give a shot for IIMs Especially the new ones. Common Admission Test(CAT) is one of the most difficult management entrance examinations in India. Every year more than than 2 lacs+ aspirants appear for the best and the only handful of creamy layers get admission into IIMs.

Now, assuming that you've scored 99 percentile and belong to General Category then the chances of getting into top IIM(A+B+C) is low.
