I got 86% in pcm board,and mhtcet 89.9percentile in sc category, but I could not get cast validity certificate. then Can I get seat in sc quota, if not then can I get in general category, can my mhtcet score will invalid due to validity certificate during couselling.

You can apply from the general quota if you think that you cannot produce your Category Certificate till the document verification and college admission date.
Since you have got a a decent percentage of marks in your class 12th examinations, there is a great chance that you might get into a good college through the general category itself.
