It depends on your category too but as you have not mentioned your category in the question paper then i will consider you as general.

Now if try to find your rank on 86 percentile then it will somewhere between 143220 - 161000.

Please note that this is expected rank range so you can expect some variation from the actual rank as it depends on various factors like number of students appearing in exams etc.

Now the cutoff for NIT Agartala CSE last year(2020) was 18351 for a other state general student. And in previous it has been below 20000 rank for the seat of Computer Science and Engineering in NIT Agartala.

As you have mentioned that you have got 86 percentile and considering you are from general category and also your home state is Agartala, so let me tell you that your rank would be somewhat around 1.4L

In this rank you won't be able to get cse branch at nit Agartala because for it you atleast need 94.5+ percentile in your jee mains. In this percentile you are eligible to take civil , mechanical, electrical.
