I regret to say this but with this percentile chances for you to get a seat into some NIT are quite negligible. according to the percentile score mentioned by you , your predicted CRL rank lies somewhere around 143220 - 161000 .  You should try for a seat in government college of your state , since you might get a seat there .

You haven't mentioned your Category here. If you belong to General category,then it would be difficult for you to get into NITs. However ,you have some chances for NITs like NIT-Arunanchal Pradesh, NIT-Meghalaya, NIT-Manipur ,if cutoff remains lower than previous years.  I suggest you to go for newer IIITs as you had better chance to get those rather than NITs. The newer IIITs includes :

1. IIIT Sonepat

2. IIIT Bhopal

3 . IIIT Kota
