BCom is a 3-year undergraduate course, one can pursue BCom courses in Marketing, Travel and Tourism, Accountancy, Applied Economics, Banking Management, etc.
The admission to the BCom course in many institutes is based on Merit, but some colleges and universities conduct their own entrance exams. An aggregate of minimum 50% marks in 10+2 from a recognized board with English and Maths as core subjects are the basic eligibility criteria. You have a very good chance of getting admission in one of the top colleges.
