I got 87 marks in JEE main paper 2 can i get Admission in NIT college?but i got 65% in hsc 12th Maharashtra board.

Sorry to say that architecture seats under jee paper 2 is less than 1k or 1.5k and to get good college 245+ is a better mark.. .

Of course not,if you had got 150 in jee then also it would have been difficult for u to get an nit.better luck next time.
