Hello aspirant,

Cut-offs changes from year to year and that's why it is difficult to predict. Cutoffs depends on many factors like

~ Number of seats available

~ Difficulty level of the exam

~ Number of students appeared in the exam

~ Caste Category of the students, etc

For your ICAR rank it is difficult to get seat in good Colleges but you can try by applying for counselling and you can even try for Management quota seats in good Colleges.
