i got 87353 rank in general category and 14182 in ews, can get cse in any nit's or iiit's ?

You must be knowing cutoff for CS is higher than all other branches so no chance with this rank. I will suggest you to try for other government colleges or you can also go for state counselings like M.P, Haryana,Punjab, etc. for getting into CS.
