Coming to your question,Firstly congratulations on getting such a good rank in KIITEE .KIIT is one of the well known and is a tier 1 college .They have the best infrastructure and teaching.There are companies like SAP,Amazon,Microsoft hiring students .KIIT guarantees placements for all students at the end of the course.

Though ,all courses are good and yield equally.But CSE and IT are the branches that bag the most of placements.As you have got a good rank you can go for these branches.It completely depends on your interest.

At this rank, you can easily get Computer science if you wish to pursue, the closing rank for CSE lies around 5000 rank, going by last few years' data. If you wish to go for Mechanical, you can go for that, the closing rank is around 11000. Civil, Electrical, Electronics, all these are achievable at this rank.
