I can provide you 2018 COMEDK cutoff ranks of DSCE, Bangalore for ISE branch.
In 2018, after the last round-
Closing Rank- 5,932 (General)
Closing Rank- 21,950 (Hyderabad-Karnataka)
If you belong to the HKR category, you have a decent chance of getting ISE but if you belong to the General category, then chances are extremely less.
