According to your percentile, you have very less chances of getting a seat in any IIIT, NIT or GFTIs.but still please apply for the JOSAA counseling.

As per the previous year cutoffs you have a tough chance of getting any NIT or IIIT or GFTI.
You might get some seats of lower ranked NITs or IIITs such as NIT Patna, nit Uttarakhand, NIT Hamirpur, NITs from North-east,etc.and IIITs such as IIIT Kota, IIIT kancheepuram,etc.
You can get NIT Silchar from the home state qouta in the later rounds.
