i got 87.8 percentile in icar . Do i have any chance to get into top icar universities?

It is difficult to predict because cut-offs changes from year to year and depends on many factors like
~ Number of seats available
~ Difficulty level of the exam
~ Number of students appeared in the exam
~ Caste Category of the students, etc
As you have not mentioned your Caste Category, I'm considering it as General Category and providing information based on it.
For your ICAR rank you have less chances of getting seat in Top ICAR Universities but you can try for seat in other Universities as well to be on safe side.
