Dear aspirant,
According to your percentile in jee mains and taking into consideration that you belong to ews category, it is next to impossible for you to grab any seat in nits as your rank is too high for nits or any IIIT . Maybe you can try for lower nits like Mizoram manipur Meghalaya srinagar( you should be a home state candidate) but by any means you have to wait till csab.

B.Tech/B.Arch Admissions OPEN
Dear Aspirant,
Admission into National Institutes of Technology requires a good rank as these institutes absorb the top cream of the Jee mains students.
The top and old NITs take students with a maximum rank of 20000. The new NITS and super new NITs take students with rank range 20000 to 100000.
Based on your rank, you have extremely slight chances of getting an admission into the North East NITs, NIT Patna or NIT Srinagar. Even this chance is very slim and could become a little better if you had some sort of reservation.
Percentile is of not that much concern as is the rank. The lower the rank you get the better college you may get admission in.
In order to know which NITs you may get admission in, you may click on this link:-
