I got 87%ile in xat this 2018, i will be appearing for xat again for a better score. With less than 50% in graduation can i get admission?
You need to score 96 percentile and above to get a call for BM and 94 percentile and above for HRM. Besides you also need to clear sectional cut-offs. Marks in graduation does not matter much in XLRI.

However, the weightage assigned to academics differs acros institutes.
some colleges give 30% weghtaege to academics while some give 10% weightage.
Apparently, you will face dfficulty during placements wherein companies stepping in the campus require you to obtain a minimum of 60% across.Hence, I would not suggets you to go through CA or XAT or any mangaemnet aptitude test
