i got 87k rank in ts eamcet and belong to st category can i get CSE branch in any of college

It is difficult to make prediction because cut off / closing rank for colleges keeps changing every year depending upon several factors  like difficulty level of TS EAMCET examination     , number of students which appeared in TS EAMCET, number of seats available for different branches,   number of students from different categories i. e general/obc/sc/st etc
