Hello Aspirant,
Taking into account your rank in JEE Mains and considering that you are a EWS category aspirant, getting any IIIT or NIT  will be very difficult for you. You should try for the GFTIs that take admissions through JOSAA.
Some additional information about JEE Mains:
JEE Mains is an annual exam that is conducted by the National Testing Agency and the CBSE for admissions to undergraduate engineering courses in NITs, IIITs, GFTIs and other institutes. It also serves as the first stage for admission to IITs through JEE Advanced.
EWS is a new category that has been created by the MHRD for economically weaker sections. 10% seats will be reserved for those candidates whose annual family income is less than INR 8 lakh per annum.
