See, although the answer depends a lot on your category, but in general, if you have any state quota or any other cast quota, then you definitely have chances in some of the National Institute of Technologies or NITs. Some of the NITs that you might have a chance in are:

NIT Mizoram
NIT Nagaland
NIT Meghalaya
NIT Puducherry
