I got 8800 rank in barch ....iam an oc candidate...where do I get seat

Congratulations on securing a rank near 8800 in JEE MAIN paper 2.
However, With this rank and score, you stand no chance of getting B Arch or B Planning in any of the NITs,SPAs or CFTIs.
