I got 88.1 percentile my CRL is 127930 and EWS rank is 20,000 can I get seat in NIT silchar through home quota

The cut off in 2019 round 7 was as follows for NIT, Silchar for EWS home state category (Gender- neutral)
- EIE: 14170
- Mechanical: 10480
- ECE: 9075
- EE: 13637
- CSE: 5233
- Civil: 13949
Considering this you may not get seat in NIT, Silchar. Cut off may increase or decrease depending on number of candidates appeared, difficulty of exam and number of seats available.
