I got 88.2 percentile in jee mains and 92 percentage in board exams would I get seat in sastra University or any other college

According to the rank formula, [100-88.2*869010/100], your All India Rank is 102543 approximately. Now, the cut-off rank changes every year depending on the difficulty of the paper, and the number of candidates appearing for it.
With this rank, you have fair chances of getting a seat in SASTRA University, through any of the two streams of admission. CSE will be tough, but you may get the less demanding branches. You should give it a try.
